Yesterday I shared wedding planning advice from Kimber and Moziah, and today I’m back to show you more from their awesome, fun and friend-filled day. As I look back on this wedding, I think so much about the warmth of their friends and family. There was so much laughter, dancing, singing, and so much love in this day.
I’ll start with some details. And shoes, glorious shoes.
And the color scheme for this wedding is flat out awesome. I love the purple and orange, and the contrasting florals against the bridesmaid dresses. And the guys had their own awesome details, including rocking some super fun socks. It reminds me of this article that says that people that wear wild socks are expressive, intriguing, and successful. And makes me want to go buy some new socks.
And every detail was awesome, including Moziah’s custom jacket, and the bridesmaids matching robes.
They had so much fun in the limo, going to the church and then to 200 Peachtree. And when they climbed out of the limo and started dancing in the streets … You know when you pop a bottle of champagne and the bubbles just joyfully burst out of the bottle? It’s like that. The fun just spilled right into the streets, and there wasn’t a person walking by that wasn’t swept into the fun. I’m telling you, this is a group of people you want to spend a Saturday with.
I have to say they had the most creative idea for the reception. They arranged the tables into X’s and O’s. Is that cute or what?
Their first dance was such a great combination of fun moves, laughs, and then … that moment where everyone else seems to disappear and all that remains in the entire world is the bride and groom.
And the parent dances were the same sweet mixture of laughter and sentiment.
Even their exit was so much fun! And you can’t beat having their images on the marquee outside 200 Peachtree as they exit!
