I’m sorry in advance for this post, because it will make you hungry.

This morning I was finishing images from the 2nd Annual Event Planners Luncheon at Cator Woolford Gardens, and I had to momentarily divert my attention to tell you about two of my favorite things on the entire planet. I love everything done by Endive, but I’m particularly smitten with this summery salad: spinach, raspberry vinaigrette, spiced pecans, dried cranberries, bleu cheese and fresh strawberries. I could eat this every day of my life.

As devoted as I’ve been to the strawberry salad, I confess that I have a new love, which I had for the very first time a the Planners Luncheon. Potatoes stuffed with an asiago chive souffle. ASIAGO. I love them so much I want to write songs about them. ¬†Oh, Endive, you had me at “asiago”.
