Last time I was at Piedmont park, the couple I was shooting stopped to change clothes and while I waited I was awed by the most spectacular display of blooms!
This spot was filled with butterflies and bees and bright color, just teeming with life.
But the most awesome part for me was this: This gorgeous display was separated from the path by this wire fence…
And the flowers were popping through the fence, undetered by their restriction.
And it made me think that this is a little reminder from nature that whatever artificial barriers pop up, we all have a natural ability to burst through it with our own brand of beauty and color.
Thanks, Mother Nature, I needed that.
